    GDF SUEZ has the ambition to promote gender equality at all levels in its organization with four objectives.
    Implementation of the Project/Activity

    GDF SUEZ is geared up to move gender equality forward at all levels in its organization and in this way strengthen its employer commitments in an innovative manner, to be a responsible social player involved in this field. All of the Group's entities and various departments are directly involved in this initiative, which follows actions implemented by the Group in 2008, to promote the professional development of women. Accordingly, GDF SUEZ has built a women's network (Women in Net-working) which currently has 750 members in several countries and developed a mentoring program. Launched in 2010 in France, it is set to be rolled out internationally.

    Other resources like employees, clients, local authorities, Small and medium entreprise, international institutions, european institutions, academic word (universities…), associations will also be devoted in order to achieve the goal set by the commitment.
