Liugong Emission Reduction Plan

    Description
    Description
Until 2015, the following emission reduction objects will be acheived:

Reduce chemical oxygen demand (COD) emission in waste water by 55 tons per year

Reduce paint slag emission by 120 tons per year.

Reduce SO2 and oxynitride emission by 20 tons per year and 30 tons per year respectively.

In electroplating procedure, achieve zero emission of waste water and reduce emission of chromium electroplating sludge by 80%, i.e. 40 tons per year.
    Implementation of the Project/Activity

Use waste water treatment station to reuse waste water for production and greening.
Apply new coating technology “powder painting”
Remold the established coal-fired boiler and replace coal by sawdust.
Introduce wastewater reclamation technology: collating-ultrafiltration-sterilization three level combination technologies. The waste water is reused to the production process after the treatment.
Introduce new equipment and chromium electroplating wastewater treatment technology: use electrochemical methods-ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis combination technology. The waste water is reuse to the production process without emission.
