An Indonesian based Green and sustainable investments platform. Facilitating projects funding process through Public Private Partnership and managed by an Indonesian Based Fund manager. And creating a creative capital solution and additional revenue mainstream through a low carbon business development program. CSR and Social Venture fund channeled through a web based business platform.
Expected Impact

The establishment of a new fund structure, promoted and accelerated by I3URI, Indonesia International Institute for Urban and Resilience Infrastructure. Embedding davestama and socentix web based tool.

Capacity

Working closely with Universitas Indonesia and Surya University, Seminar holding and events organizations by Pusat Inovasi LIPI in Cibinong, Jawa Barat, Indonesia.

Governed

Managed and coordinated through a registered Investment Management Company called PT Pavillion Capital (www.pavillioncapital) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Received license as fund manager in 2004. And restructuring currently as the Indonesian leading green fund manager company. Setting up a thematic fund and partner with ecoregions Indonesia to build a sustainable green investment platform. Having partner in Europe and US to globally access fund and structuring additional revenue mainstream through a Special Purposes Investment Vehicle offshore. Working in Indonesia closely with PT Socentix, the platform for CSR funding and micro financing thorugh private lender or corporate lender.
