    Política que busca orientar la gestión y acciones del Estado hacia el fortalecimiento de la seguridad alimentaria presente y futura. Mediante la soberanía alimentaria se pone en valor a las personas que producen alimentos y se promueve la sostenibilidad de los sistemas alimentarios. Esta Estrategia propone un enfoque integral y ha sido construida de forma participativa entre los sectores público y privado, como parte del compromiso del Estado para resguardar el derecho a la alimentación. La Estrategia fue validada por las distintas instituciones públicas, representando una visión interministerial de las directrices necesarias para avanzar hacia el resguardo del derecho a la alimentación.
