    Developed and constructed the China Global Ocean Fusion Dataset 1.0 (CGOF1.0), which is a long-term, high-precision, and high-quality dataset using advanced information technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence. It provides China's marine public goods and technologies for global response to climate change, development and utilization of marine resources, marine ecological protection and restoration, marine disaster prevention and reduction, high-quality development of marine economy, marine education, and scientific research,which is released and shared globally through the website of CMOC/China.CGOF1.0 adopts the technology process of "Multi-Source Data Analysis and Processing → Intelligent Fusion → Reconstruction with Transfer Learning", innovatively tackling the spatiotemporal feature analysis and correlation mining technology between multiple elements of the marine environment, multi-source ocean data fusion technology driven by data and physics mixing, and ocean sparse observation data migration reconstruction technology. It has developed 10 key ocean parameters fusion data products with an average cumulative length of over 60 years. The overall spatial scope covers the global sea area with a spatial resolution of 0.08 °.
