    The University of Delaware, proposes to form and lead a SIDS University and Research Institutions Network, where we will coordinate efforts, resources and capabilities to forward the SIDS partnership agenda. The Network will set and monitor targets designed to progress the goals of the Samoa Pathway and the SDGs by promoting scientific information, data and knowledge to support and underpin sound policy, management and SIDS governance decisions.
