Progress report for
Brasil Mata Viva
Achievement at a glance
We have established and consolidated partnerships with subnational jurisdictions of Brazil (Cities and States) that created more awareness of the benefits of natural protection and social improvement arising from the commitments of farmers with Sustainable Development. The first group of farmers outside of Brazil requested the initiative for the assessment of cultural and environmental heritage in Portugal, which in turn required partnerships with local universities for adequacy of processes. Cooperation agreements with businesses, non-profits and institutions have been established for the development of the “Green Financing” of the Brazilian agriculture and all the SDG related to it.Next Steps
