Achievement at a glance
1) The SDG Temple of Justice - https://www.leeg-net.org/sdg-temple-of-justice/ a rights-based, business-friendly blueprint developed by LEEG-net to accelerate the SDGs was introduced to relevant institutions of China including the National Development and Reform Commission, Development Research Center of the State Council, Center for International Knowledge on Development and UNDP China. LEEG-net's member law firm Morgan Lewis LLP - https://www.morganlewis.com/ (Shanghai office) has communicated with those institutions.2) Mobile app for the SDG Temple of Justice was launched on Google Play. 3) A briefing note on the theme of HLPF 2019 was distributed among selected national SDG actors (vide attachment)

Prior to the SDG Summit of 2019, a briefing paper (based on the attached document) is scheduled to be shared with national SDG implementers of over forty developing countries where LEEG-net members are based in. Title of the briefing paper is "Empowering People and Ensuring Inclusiveness and Equality: The Primacy of Adopting a Rights-Based and Business-Friendly Holistic Approach to Achieve the UN SDGs". This paper will highlight human rights-based and business-friendly recommendations to help developing countries address the "greatest global challenge of eradicating poverty in all its forms and dimensions including extreme poverty" while assuring "no one is left behind" as stipulated in the 2030 Agenda.Beneficiaries
Sri Lanka, China, Brazil, Colombia, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Kenya and Zambia. The pro bono work of LEEG-net has been introduced to these beneficiary countries through the SDG Philanthropy Platform (https://www.sdgphilanthropy.org/) and LEEG-net member institutions.
