7th PRME Asia Forum 6 & 7 July 2016
The Hong Kong Polytechnic University is pleased to host the 7th PRME Asian Forum in Hong Kong in conjunction with The 1st UNPRME Colloquium on Higher Education 7 July 2016 with CCSI, Hang Seng Management College, HK.
Principle 1 - Purpose
CCSI offered support to various events and institutions, including programs on case study on textile and fashion industry of oikos International from June to November, 2016, chapters of United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (UNPRME) with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and other countries such as Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and India in July, 2016, International Conference on Sustainable Development in Higher Education on 5 – 6 July, 2016, UNPRME Colloquium on Higher Education on 7 July,2016, UNOSSC EXPO in Dubai, November, 2016 and CCSI supports The Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) Career Fair, which was held on 22 August, 2016.
Principle 2 - Values
CCSI is committed to associate with sustainable development strategies in curriculum development. We offered help to Lipscomb University in integrating United Nations Sustainable Development Goals into curriculum of Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship and other related modules.
Principle 3 - Method
To increase exposure of HSMC, establishment of a platform for knowledge exchange and partnership enhancement, CCSI held The International Conference on Sustainable Development in Higher Education (IIDS Project 2015/16), supported by HK UNESCO.
Principle 4 - Research
Dr. Shirley Yeung,was invited as Keynote Speaker in World Congress. Beijing China, July, 2017 with Best Paper awarded.
Dr Yeung was also invited to present the Best Practice Conference Paper to International conference in MENA, which was held on 9-11 November, 2015, on “Towards Transformative Higher Education in the MENS Region: The Role of Innovation in the 21st Century Digital and Knowledge based Society”.
