Achievement at a glance
To date, WIPO has cooperated with local institutions to establish 443 TISCs in various WIPO member states (see the TISC Directory at http://www.wipo.int/tisc/en/search/). Additionally, in 2015, WIPO organized training events in 40 countries on searching technology in patent and scientific and technical journal databases. The IAP was launched in Colombia, Morocco and the Philippines, with plans to further expand the program in 2016.Challenges faced in implementation
