Stakeholders of this initiative include:
1. All member countries of the United Nations: Because this initiative will address countries' challenges in accessing statistics and data related to water issues, oceans, and the environment by collecting them on the platform.

4. United Nations' Subterranean Waters Committee and the Energy Committee of continental UN offices.
In another section, targeting of youth, indigenous and local communities, as well as national organizations and administrations of countries, has also been planned.
Actions
To achieve the goals of these stakeholders, the following actions are necessary:1. Establishing cooperation and agreements with United Nations member countries for the collection and sharing of data related to water and environmental issues.
2. Developing artificial intelligence technologies and data analysis methods to meet the needs of organizations involved in water, weather, climate change, and environmental issues.
3. Organizing consultations and conferences with relevant organizations, including those mentioned, to determine common strategies and exchange information.
4. Active participation of youth, indigenous peoples, and local communities in the data collection process and proposing suggestions for improving environmental conditions.
5. Establishing the necessary infrastructure for easy and up-to-date access to data and relevant facilities for all stakeholders.
