The Cluster Strategy for Practical Integrated Water Resources Management to Resolve Water-related Issues in the Field by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)
Achievement at a glance
The expected impact is "Develop responsible water resource management entities and multi-stakeholder partnerships as consultative mechanisms to resolve water issues in more than ten (10) regions by 2030." By the end of 2023, seven (7) regions have been targeted in the countries including Bolivia, Cuba, Indonesia, Sudan, and the Philippines.Next Steps

The beneficiaries are staff of partner organizations in developing countries where JICA is implementing projects and the stakeholders and people living in the target regions/basins.
To date, 35 million people living in the target regions have benefited and nearly 300 government employees have had opportunities for capacity building.
