
Ms. Maxine Fassberg
Former Vice President, Intel Capital Group, Intel Corporation
After 37 years in Intel, Ms. Maxine Fassberg possesses a combination of knowledge and experience from this industry which enables her to make decisions, motivate people to exceed their own expectations and achieve results for the organization. Her background in engineering, as well as her data driven, results oriented, people-centered approach to systems help her effectively manage large organizations and projects. Ms. Fassberg’s has managed very large construction projects within Intel and served on the Managerial Committee of the Bank of Israel. She was the General Manager of Intel Israel from 2007-2017, during which Intel grew from 6000 employees to over 10,000 employees. In her role as Executive in Residence, she was responsible for the smooth integration of Mobileye, a company Intel purchased for $15B to make the world a safer place. In 2014, she was chosen as one of fourteen Israeli women to light the Independence-day torch, a significant acknowledgement of her contribution to the Technology leadership in Israel.
