Ms. Margarita Focas Licht
Manager, Partnerships Team and Acting Deputy CEO at GPE
Margarita Focas Licht manages the Partnerships Team at the GPE Secretariat and is currently also the Acting Deputy CEO. She was the manager of the GPE Country Support Team from 2015-2019. Before joining the GPE Secretariat in 2011 she worked for UNICEF, Save the Children, UNESCO, and as a teacher in Madagascar. Her work throughout her three decades long career has focused on education for marginalised children through both formal and alternative basic education.
