Ms. Carolina Botero Cabrera is the Executive Director of the Colombian civil society digital rights organization Karisma Foundation. She works for human rights and social justice to guide the development and deployment of technology. She writes frequently Oped in local media @elespectador and @lasillavacia. She is at the board of Creative Commons and is part of the advisory committee of the Unesco Open Science Recommendation.
