Mr. Yang Zhongmin

Mr. Yang Zhongmin is the Executive Director of China Railway Economic and Planning Research Institute. He was born in Biyang, Henan province in 1963. He is recognized as a senior engineer and one of the professional leaders in railway. Before taking the current post, he held various positions, including Director-General of the Development and Planning Department of the former Ministry of Railways, Deputy Chief Engineer of the former China Railway Corporation and Chairman of China Railway International Co., Ltd.
