Mr. Shi Baolin
President of China Academy of Transportation Sciences
Mr. Shi Baolin is the President of China Academy of Transportation Sciences, Ministry of Transport, P. R. China. He was awarded as the young and middle-aged expert with outstanding contributions at the national level and enjoys the special government allowance of the State Council. He also acts as a member of the Ministerial Policy Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Transport, P. R. China. Mr. Shi's research interests focus on transport development strategy and planning, transport science and technology policy and management, road transport policy and management. Prof. Shi has won 1 National Award for Science and Technology Progress, 4 provincial-level scientific and technological progress awards, and 10 awards for science and technology progress issued by national transport-related research societies or associations. He has published over 60 peer-reviewed academic papers and 5 books.
