Hirotaka Koike works in the Disaster Risk Reduction Task Force (Working Group) of the United Nations Major Group of Children and Youth. Mr. Koike concentrates on engaging youth in the formation of policy and has expertise in community capacity building and Disaster Risk Reduction.
