H.E. Mr. Wang Zhiqing

H.E. Mr. Wang Zhiqing is the Vice Minister of Transport of China. Born in Tianjin in March 1966, he graduated with a PhD in Management Science and Engineering. From June 1992 to March 2019, he worked at Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). February 2019 to February 2021, he served as Chief Planner and Director-General of the Department of Comprehensive Planning of the Ministry of Transport. In February 2021, he was appointed Vice Minister of Transport.
