H.E. Mr. Noori Al-Dulaimi
Minister of Planning, Iraq
Dr. Nuri al-Dulaimi is currently the Minister of Planning in Iraq.
Between 2016 and 2018, Dr. al-Dulaimi was the Assistant Governor for Planning in al-Anbar governorate. Between 2006 and 2009 he was the Deputy Chair of the Planning Committee in al-Anbar governorate council.
Dr. al-Dulaimi was a member of the Faculty of Agriculture at al-Anbar University between 2001 and 2009 and has extensive experience in the agricultural production sector.
Dr. al-Dulaimi is also a civil society activist and has founded numerous developmental, humanitarian, and human rights organizations.
Dr. al-Dulaimi holds a PhD in International Relations from the World Islamic Sciences University in Jordan, and a BA in Agricultural Sciences from Baghdad University.
