H.E. Mr. Feng Zhenglin

H.E. Mr. Feng Zhenglin is Administrator of the Civil Aviation Administration of China. He w was born in 1957 in Shaanxi Province and has a bachelor’s degree. He is a credited Senior Engineer. In February 1978, Feng began his study in the Department of Highways in Xi’an Highway Institute majoring in highway engineering. From February 1982, Feng worked successively in the Bureau of Highways and the Department of Engineering Management, Ministry of Transport (when he furthered studies in highway construction in the Federal Republic of Germany). During his work at the Ministry of Transport, Feng was appointed the assistant counsel with the Department of Highway Management in 1995, Deputy Director-General, Department of General Planning in 1998, and Director-General, Department of Highways in 2000. In May 2003, Feng became Vice Minister, Ministry of Transport. In January 2016, Feng served as Vice Minister, Ministry of Transport, and Administrator, CAAC. In April 2017, Feng is identified as minister level Administrator.
