Minister of Social Development and Inclusion and also the Executive President of the Institute for Social Services (Instituto Mixto de Ayuda Social) of Costa Rica. He served as a political advisor to the Legislative Assembly of Costa Rica. Master in Development Studies by the University of Sussex (UK) and in Political Science by the University of Costa Rica.
