Senior Counsellor in the Development Cooperation Directorate of the OECD
As Senior Counsellor in the Development Co-operation Directorate of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), Ms. Hildegard Lingnau implements and further develops the OECD Strategy to the post-2015 sustainable development. Her 25-year career in national and international contexts include eight years’ field experience as policy advisor to governments in Africa and Asia and several years’ experience in research, policy and management positions in the German Development Institute and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Co−operation and Development respectively. In 2011 she joined the OECD.
