Voices from across the Pacific will open the reception as together we celebrate the natural and cultural connections that define our ocean.
Their effort and commitments are vital to the health of the planet and ensure the continued health and productivity of all marine resources.

Recognitions
Ambassadors who have committed to the goal of protecting 10 percent of the ocean by 2020 and beyond will be asked to stand and be recognized for their effort.
During the reception Dame Robin White’s Kermadec tapa – Siu I Moana – and her new Fiji inspired tapa – E Rawa Na Bula Mai Na Wasawasa – will be featured as the backdrop
