Side Events

The off-site Side Events programme is now available here. 

Side events will be organized in the margins of the official meetings of the SIDS4 Conference. Side events are organized by Member States, Intergovernmental Organizations (IGOs), UN entities and all other duly accredited and registered entities. Please note that there is no separate registration for side events inside the Conference Venue. The side events are open on a first come, first serve basis to all duly registered participants of the Conference. Charging fees for participation in the SIDS4 Conference and its side events is strictly prohibited. 

The deadline for submission of side event proposals was 8 March 2024. The Secretariat has reviewed over 300 submissions and informed all accepted organizers of their side events inside the Conference Venue, outside the Conference Venue and virtually. Only organizers whose side events have been approved were contacted by the Secretariat.
