The "Renewable Energy For Community Empowerment In Underdeveloped Area" program was able to change the existing system in the Bondan village, which initially was not covered by electricity, to fulfill their electricity needs, the Bondan village community had to install a 7 km cable network unofficially from the nearest village. Through collaboration between actors, Pertamina cooperates with the Cilacap State Polytechnic and the Regional Government built a PLTH with a capacity of 12,000 WP. This PLTH was strengthened by the emergence of a response from the Village Government through the Regulatory Framework to make the first village regulations which regulates the development, utilization and management of the renewable energy. The Hybrid Power Plant was able to increase access to electricity for vulnerable communities by channeling renewable energy for 78 families, 1 school, 1 place of worship.
