UN 2026 Water Conference
Logistical Documents:
Mandatory Host Country Registration
In addition to any applicable United Nations registration and accreditation requirements, all participants attending the 2026 United Nations Water Conference must complete the mandatory UAE Host Country registration process through the following link:
https://register.unwaterconferenceuae.com/event/6c778ce7-6c3b-4d40-a198-c2d9dcc8c185/register
Host Country registration is mandatory for all participants, regardless of whether they require a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates. Participants must complete the application and provide all required information within the specified timelines.
This process is separate from United Nations registration and accreditation and enables the Host Country to make the necessary arrangements for participants attending the Conference.

Visa and Entry Requirements
Participants are responsible for determining and complying with the entry and visa requirements applicable to their nationality, in accordance with relevant UAE laws, regulations and procedures. Please check visa requirement for regular passport holders on this link:
https://www.mofa.gov.ae/en/visa-exemptions-for-non-citizen.
Participants who require a visa prior to travel must submit their applications through the designated visa application link, which will be activated upon completion of registration on the Conference website:
Visas are expected to be issued within one week following submission of a complete application and all required supporting documentation, subject to the approval and procedures of the UAE.
The visa will be valid for entry into the United Arab Emirates for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their visas remain valid for their intended travel dates and for complying with all applicable entry requirements. Participants are advised to apply for a visa starting 12 October 2026.
The visa allows a single entry and permits a stay of up to 90 days from the date of entry into the United Arab Emirates, subject to the applicable visa conditions and entry requirements. For assistance on visa and entry requirements, please contact the Host Country directly at:
Mobile: +971 50 999 0962
Registration for, accreditation to, or participation in the Conference does not constitute a visa or guarantee entry into the United Arab Emirates.
As Host Country, the United Arab Emirates will facilitate the necessary arrangements for eligible Conference participants; however, participants remain responsible for submitting the required applications and documentation, ensuring the validity of their visas for their intended travel dates, and complying with all applicable entry and immigration requirements.
