SIDS Monitoring and Evaluation ABAS mandated an inter-agency task force (IATF-ABAS) to develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework with clear targets and indicators. To not create new processes or requirements for SIDS, the ABAS called for the framework to be built on the SAMOA Pathway, the targets and indicators of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and data from existing reporting mechanisms where possible.
